Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased frontals , bundles and wigs and glues cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale.

We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal , glue, bundles or wigs in any way , we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.

Please look at our after care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control.

Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage.

We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
